Dear New Client,

Service License Plans
We have created 3 unique website technology service licensing plans. These plans enable website users to record voice messages on related websites with any telephone. Our innovative new services and features enable website users to participate in off-site marketing and sales.

Plans A, B and C grant the Service Licensee the rights to set the resale price of all listed services to it existing customer membership base. The Licensor would receive monthly or a yearly payment for services rendered under the Service License Agreement (SLA)

External Customer Billing Option Plans
Plans D and E enable Service Licensee to avoid direct billings to their existing customer base. V2P Communications, Inc can independently bill your customers for direct sales of services upgrades beyond the basic Plan A (listed above). V2P Communications would independently charge members for additional website audio services.

Licensee would be required to pay the basic per member service fees for Plan A (listed above). Nevertheless, the Licensee would receive a 50% commission on all accrued gross sales from respective participating websites users that have opted-in for service enhancements and / or upgraded website audio services.

In most cases, we can complete this process in a matter of hours, without any scheduled down-time on your website. We will need to schedule a brief phone conversation with your technical staff and our CTO Larry Host. He has walked many companies through this process. The last site was up and running in less than 48 hours and has been running flawlessly ever since.
