V2P Communications provides special site licensing programs for Webmasters that desire to add Record-by-Phone™ Internet Audio service features to their website(s). We supply the voice recording hotlines, audio hosting and file management. Website owners pay a negotiated price per member for respective services.
There are no monthly bandwidth charges for playing voice messages on website membership profile pages. All billing costs are based on the quantity of member-activated audio accounts. Your website members can automatically activate accounts with their telephones, or by uploading audio files.

Voice2Page Website Licensing Service - Program Benefits
How It Works...
A monthly account is not physically activated until recording activity has taken place. Website members can automatically activate accounts using any telephone and a unique 6-digit recording system access pin-code. If a voice account is not activated by a website member, there are no occurring monthly charges for that respective voice account. You are not billed for voice accounts that have not been activated previously by a website member. You only pay for member-activated accounts.
User Activated Accounts
After activation, member accounts remain accessible and activated. Members can re-record and modify their personal voice messages at any time (24/7 access) by telephone and their respective 6-digit access pin-code. Activated accounts can be used at any time by website members without accruing additional monthly fees or billing charges. This means, you are not billed for unused member services.
Audio Playback Options
We give you three popular options for playing streaming mp3 audio and voice messages on your website:
1. Auto Start / Auto Play - Audio automatically starts when a page is visited.
2. Flash Player Buttons - Requires a user to press a button to activate audio.
3. Mouse-Over Pictures - Audio is activated when a picture is touched with mouse.
In addition, you can give your website members the option to upload their own pre-recorded mp3 audio files (Max 1MB).
Special Features
Dedicated Voice Recording Lines
If you desire dedicated recording hotlines for your website, you can opt-in for this service. You can have your own dedicated phone number for your members who are recording voice messages on your site. In addition, you can add a customized website greeting that plays over-the-phone before members are given audio-prompt instructions on " How-to-Record".

Voice2Page Website License Info
At Voice2Page, we charge per activated account. If a website member elects to record a voice message on their member profile, they are given a unique 6-digit access code and recording hotline number for recording their voice message. Once an initial voice message is recorded with a telephone by a website member, that account is automatically activated and you will be billed one credit for that respective account activation.
Your website members can use their activated accounts at any time to re-record over their existing profile voice messages. Re-recording over an existing voice message does not activate a new account; it simply enables the members to change the audio content of their existing activated accounts. Each activated account contains a single voice message, and we do not charge you a credit when a website member re-records over an existing voice message on an account that is currently activated. So, you are not billed activation credits when members update voice messages. Once an account has been activated on a members profile page, that member can change their profile voice message again and again using the same account activation credit.
At Voice2Page we charge a monthly fee for each individually activated account. For example, if you have 100 activated 30-second member profiles with audio recordings; your monthly costs would be $89 (100 accounts x $0.89 per 30-second account = $89 a month).
As a licensee of Voice2Page Record-by-Phone™ Internet audio services, you are never charged for services that are unused. If an activated account does not play a voice message within a monthly billing cycle, you are not charged for that account on your next billing statement. Even better, if an activated audio account does not play a voice message within two consecutive billing cycles, that account is automatically deactivated and permanently removed from future monthly statement.
Your recording hotline monthly service fee is $29.95 a month. You will need to select either 15-second, 30-second, or a 60-second voice recording option for your entire website. The 60-second recording length option costs more than the 30-second recording length option, because longer audio recording require more bandwidth usage from our audio playback facility in Los Angeles.
As a licensee of Voice2Page Record-by-Phone™ Internet audio services, you may elect to resell your audio services for profit. We do not discourage this practice. Nevertheless, it is at your sole discretion to the resell said services, as long as considerations within our Terms of Service Agreement are properly observed and practiced.
As a Webmaster, you may elect to offer your members, users and visitors multiple audio account activations. This is acceptable, with the understanding that your are charged credits for membership account activation activities, and not based on the calculated number of participating website members. As a Webmaster, you are responsible for your website's account activation activities. Therefore, granting website members multiple accounts may accelerate your monthly billing charges.
Monthly Billing
Your monthly billing statement will be presented to you by the 5th day of every calendar month. You will be granted 5 business days to review and pay your monthly Internet audio services bill. Non-payment will result in automatic termination of services; if not received by the 15th of each month.
